Anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (AHF) is a fundamental raw material used in the production of fluorinated compounds, surface treatment of metals and glass, and etching for semiconductors and electronic materials. Our company supports supply via ISO tank containers. We can make proposals based on applications and quality requirements. We also offer representative grades with HF purity of 99.90% or higher and moisture content of less than 20 ppm.
